[200William-EC] Strata fees

Maxine,

We received ours only yesterday. Can you please advise the EC urgently  
why they are so late. It has become a regular occurrence with STM and  
the owners are being penalised for it.

This is becoming a major issue and we should deal with it.

Please advise.
