Hi Team,

My Statement did arrive also yesterday and I am maybe one of the lucky ones I don't have any arrears charged. The Problem I have Maxim is the timing of the statement. If it was posted on the 24th of August as per Statement? It should take at least 3 to 4 days to reach the destination, but instead took 9 days, so this levees us with less than one week to pay the bill and in case we are away or any other reason we will then be slugged with arrears and that is not acceptable.

* Maxim your comment as follow . Any levy that is issued always has a 30 day grace period before any interest is charged. You are only charged interest if it has been paid after the 3o day grace period.
* So you are saying that arrears will only be charged if anyone fails to pay after the 30th of September? Can you clarify if this is the case please.

Maxine,

We received ours only yesterday. Can you please advise the EC urgently why they are so late. It has become a regular occurrence with STM and the owners are being penalised for it.

This is becoming a major issue and we should deal with it.

Please advise.

Thanks

ROB WILLETT
