My position is that Max should only attend as per GM decision and on
occasion if there is important issues that need to be clarify.

 This was decided at last meeting. But judging by the votes at the
previous meeting I think you have an up hill battle at gaining the
necessary support. People are in a cost saving mode at the moment.  As
for taking notes and maintaining minutes and sending correspondence,
this is typically the job of the secretary. 

Craig / Rob I suggest you move a motion now to overturn the money saving
decision of last meeting and request a rep from the strata agent attend
this meeting.

	How about Tropicana at 630pm?

	As per Matt's and Rob's emails, we don't have a quorum at this
stage.  I contacted Di Dennison yesterday and asked for her proxy but I
am still yet to hear from her.

	Matt - as I mentioned at the last EC meeting we have in the past
had a notification email from STM re upcoming EC meetings.  This didn't
happen this time.  Do you know why?  We always had Kate Maclachlan at
our EC meetings in the past.  I have phoned and left a message for
Maxine to call me to follow up on this point as she should also be there
at our upcoming EC.

	If everyone is prepared to wait until I hear back from Di, we
may still be able to get together on Monday.  I will send her a reminder
today and will get back to you asap, once I hear from her.
