Good afternoon Greg,

 

A couple of times when Darryl was our building manager he would check that
all key fobs were linked to the respective floor. When we met Paul Mooney
last week he mentioned to me that his fob has access to all floors and that
he knew of others whose fobs did the same thing.

 

To maintain security I think it essential that we don't have people whose
fob/s provide access to floors, other than their own.

 

Would you please conduct an audit on the fobs for all apartments as soon as
possible as I know there will be fobs which are no longer being used and
others which are being used, as tenants/owners vacate or sell their
apartment.
