Greg,
If you have a look in the records who did my door it has been excellent since he did it. He put in new heavy  duty wheels. He then sanded down the old track and put a brand new stainless steel track on top of it. It’s worked well ever since. I think it was perhaps 2 years ago now. Lot 21 302
