Hi Craig,

This has happened to me in the past, the door came off the tracks and fell outwards. It hit the balcony rail. Repair was effective,  no problem since, gave me quite a shock though.

The sliding door in the lounge room has come off the track, entirely. Would you please have someone come and lift it back ASAP. This is an emergency repair.
