Hi All,
Just a heads up that the BMC has been informed that there are some mandatory upgrades that are required before the lift can be rectified which is done each year.
So far, we have received a single quote of around $15k. I have asked that we get some further quotes but assuming that they will not be too much different from the incumbent, there will likely be a $15k expense in the BMC for the upgrades.
I think from memory, our Strata bears 95% of the cost of the lift. So most of the cost will be with our strata.
