Just a heads up that the BMC has been informed that there are some mandatory upgrades that are required before the lift can be rectified which is done each year.<br />

So far, we have received a single quote of around $15k. I have asked that we get some further quotes but assuming that they will not be too much different from the incumbent, there will likely be a $15k expense in the BMC for the upgrades.<br />

I think from memory, our Strata bears 95% of the cost of the lift. So most of the cost will be with our strata.</div>
