Hi Craig,
 EGM ?  Do you mean committee meeting an EGM would involve all owners an agenda notice and voting.

As far as im aware all security cameras are working except one that William found today and he is organising repair.  There are a number of dummy/fake cameras. Are you suggesting that we perhaps install real cameras where some of the fake ones are and some additional locations. Im not opposed to that we would need to make a submission to the BMC however as building security comes under the BMC.  I dont think Arnold would oppose anything sensible.  William could sort out a quote.  It would be the standard 80/20 split on costs.

On availably. im busy early this week with meetings  later in the week im out of Sydney and return on the 13th   So it would be after the 13th for me.
