Hello everyone,

 

I would like us to hold an EGM asap in view of the recent problems we've had
in Marquis:

 

1.	We must ensure that all CCTV cameras are working in and around the
building.
2.	Provide extra security cameras where needed. For example, down the
side of McEvoy street.
3.	We've started to improve the look of the building in various areas.
Once an engineer has provided his/her report for the building's exterior
(I'll request from Sarah that the report is completed asap) a separate EGM
will take place to discuss what works and costs there will be.

 

For the first meeting, I suggest we walk through the building together to
see the damage - points 1 and 2. 

 

Kindly advise a couple of days/times when you are available to meet and I'll
lock one in.
