[200WILLIAM-EC SP67851] Video Dummy camera Upgrade

Hi All,
 Arnold has approved the upgraded to the video cameras from dummy camera with the exception of the lifts as we requested.  I will talk to Greg about moving it forward Monday.
I have also ask for a quote for extending the recoding time of recorder for the lower levels to longer then 2 weeks.
