Dear Committee,

I hope this email finds you all well.

Just letting you know that the building upload is now complete on our end, and we are waiting for your building to go live in our software (This usually takes 3-4 business days).

It was an extremely arduous process and took a lot longer than we were hoping, with over 10,000 documents to sort through from STM, and some very important ones missing (which has since been sorted).

Once your building goes live in our system we will issue everyone with welcome packs and we can go from there.

I also visited your building last week and had the full tour with Darren (thanks again Darren).
