	Attached is a 2nd Planning Review of the updated DA and SUBMISSION #
2 DATED 12 MAY 2023 for your consideration. 

	Thank you for allowing the additional time to consult and read the
documents.  

	 

	The attached is made on behalf of the impacted owners of the
residential apartments over the road - the site at 196-200 William
Street. 

	Noting that no assessment was provided by the applicant as to the
view impacts of this strata, despite Council’s request.

	 

	The scale of the proposal would have considerable detrimental impacts
on these homes, light and views and the residents are concerned.

	 

	Please find attached:

	Planning Submission report by Natalie Richter Planning #2

	 

	2 additional emails will come next – just re-iterating our original
Submission with the Marquis Apartments view studies as attachments.
These view studies are important to understand the importance of these
views and the amenity provided to these homes and existing residents.
 

	 

	Thank you for your assessment of the representations of adjoining
owners.
