A further update for you, we have finally spoken with the Branch Manager this morning (Joel Holgersson) and he has now escalated this to Leanne Eardley from their St Leonards office.

I think we may finally be getting somewhere, and I will check back in with them on Monday to get a progress update and will keep you updated then.
