I Suspect something is seriously wrong inside STM from management down. 
The staff turnover is very high. Having spent a lifetime at the helm  of 
customer focused  telcos you get a feeling for when an organization is 
irritability broken.  I just hope there were no major mistakes done 
along the way.  I guess we are very close to finding out.

On the bright side looks like the suns back today if only briefly.
