Hello all,
Thanks Paul.
I’m happy to meet for an informal discussion on these topics.
Cheers,

Subject: SP67851 informal meeting proposal.
Good morning,
I wondered if it might be a good time to have an informal meeting of the committee members to discuss a few items that will crop up shortly.
What do we think of the pros and cons of the GiggaComm Pty Ltd proposal to add installations to our common area on the roof?
Can we clarify what we know of our financials at this time because I don’t follow the $96 grand reference in Matt P earlier email. I did ask Craig and he, like me, would like clarification.
External lighting needs a chat to see who favours what approach to replacement.
I wasn’t being churlish when I removed the vase and flowers at the weekend, but they needed changing and I had spent $50 on each of the previous weekends and decided not to proceed. Which brings me to question the $2000 limit the committee can spend. Is this in a year, per specific item or what because it seems we could contribute to flowers until the $2000 is exhausted or treat each purchase as a separate costing. Not a big issue with me, just a thought that needs clarification.
Other concerns could be covered at the same time without the need for official agenda, just a memorandum of items. It’s perfectly normal and in order for committee members to meet and chat from time to time.
Am happy to host if no one else will , or local coffee shop is an option.
Best wishes
Paul
