[200WILLIAM-EC SP67851] Signage on the William Street Door

As you may have guessed i did not pass top of the class in English. So I 
will bow to others. I do like the idea of an arrow as people may not 
know the name of Dowling street and go the wrong way. Im happy to go 
with the consensus.
