Not sure what you mean ‘flowery’?

 

You state: Main Entrance of Dowling Street. Do you mean “on” or “of”?

 

As we still have mail (and packages) being thrown on the floor in the William Street entrance I decided to highlight…….mail and packages with the word ‘must’.

 

Deliveries doesn’t suggest mail…to me.
