Hi Sarah

Thank you for the referral to the Owners Group at The Marquis Apartments, at 200 William Street, Woolloomooloo.

Today I met with Paul Mooney to discuss a new colour scheme for the entry lobby from William Street.  The brief was to provide a more contemporary colour scheme, in keeping with the existing hard surfaces to give the area more character upon entry to the building.

I am attaching the Interior Specification Sheet detailing the colours, placement and finishes we agreed upon.  I confirm I have ordered the A4 colour samples from Dulux in Melbourne and as soon as I receive them I will post the colour pack to Paul for submission to the Strata Committee.  In keeping with updating the lobby area, we also discussed the need for improved lighting, an updated notice board and the possibility of replacing the carpet in that area initially that is more in harmony with the colour palette, with a view to continuing on all floors as budget allows.  I would also suggest regrouting the existing tiles and introducing some artwork to the space.

I am also attaching my invoice for the consultation.
