Dear Committee,

Regarding the storage cages which are currently being leased out by various owners at a cost of $45 per month.

Our accounts department are organising to add the charged to the lot owners levy accounts however I want to be sure we are charging the correct owner.

Attached is the list we have on file that is in the records from STM, does this look correct to everyone?
