Thanks Matt,

Craig, there were a few residents who attended the last committee meeting and were not very impressed with the meeting in the foyer and requested that we hold the AGM in a meeting/function room nearby.

I am not fussed either way as long as I have a chair so I can take my notes.

I have received a quote below from the holiday in to book their meeting room for the AGM.

$880 seems a little high however I haven’t been able to find anything else that is within suitable walking distance from your building, and the Quest is permanently closed.

Let me know your thoughts and if everyone agrees I will proceed with booking the room.
