Hi All,

  I have clarified the situation with the front of the building. Seems 
the cleaners should be doing a better job there but they have issues 
with the tap being moved after it was vandalized a few times.  We are 
going to sort that issue with a longer hose and the plan is to sweep the 
front of the building every second day and to Wet mop/hose once a week.  
That should improve the area a bit. Craig can also talk to P&S about 
fixing their sign.

When I get back I will have a look at the light fittings and make some 
suggestions for discussion and can then take it to the BMC.
