<p>Hi All,</p>
<p> I have clarified the situation with the front of the building.
Seems the cleaners should be doing a better job there but they
have issues with the tap being moved after it was vandalized a few
times. We are going to sort that issue with a longer hose and the
plan is to sweep the front of the building every second day and to
Wet mop/hose once a week. That should improve the area a bit.
Craig can also talk to P&S about fixing their sign. <br>
</p>
<p>When I get back I will have a look at the light fittings and make
some suggestions for discussion and can then take it to the BMC. <br>

have been away since the meeting. Im back next week and will

<p>Im not sure how we approach P&S about fixing their
sign. It's really nothing to do with us. It's a totally
different strata. The front could be argued it's BMC but
the signs are definitely commercial. <o:p></o:p></p>
<p>Perhaps a casual word with P&S something less formal.
Craig I think you get on well with them down there dont you?
Could you perhaps have word with them about it. Otherwise
I think the only official line would be for me to write a
letter from the Resi Strata to the commercial strata which

grime that has built up on all their signage would make
