Last year we did nothing other then get the cleaners. It was before covid we had limits and wrist bands. The true letter of the law we cant restrict people's movements on common property without a bylaw beyond what is normal access.
As there were no issues last year I think we should just do the same this year. If that all changes then we can work out going forward.
No glass and no smoking sounds like a good idea.
