Hello everyone,

 

On Monday, September 4, Natalie Richter, from Natalie Richter Planning,
together with Reinah Urqueza, Senior Planner from the City of Sydney, will
be visiting Marquis Apartments for approximately 4-5 hours, from about
1030am. They will spend 15-30 minutes in several apartments. 

 

Depending on how much time they have, I would like to ask owners, who would
like Natalie and Reinah to see their homes to advise me so that a schedule
can be made. We don't know how many properties they both will need to see
for Reinah to understand more about our complaint, however, I would
recommend that those who submitted emails (along with the photos our
photographer took), should have priority. If there is extra time, then the
next owner on the list will be visited.

 

Natalie's charge for the visit will be $290 + GST per hour.
