Hello everyone,

I have spoken with Natalie Richter, who is our consultant in this matter.

I mentioned the ‘access proposal’ with her and she, once again, highlighted that we shouldn’t be involved in any discussions with the developer because he’s had one submission for his DA and now has been asked to resubmit. Natalie believes he is coming in at the last minute to try and appease council. The discussion the developer should have is with council, not with us anymore.

I have trusted Natalie’s advice in the past and I do in this new matter also. Additionally, I have verified that the contracted work for Natalie, was only $8,000 ……….and not $20,000.

I think a conciliatory tone is best at this point and I think keeping one step away by asking Sarah to draft the response might be better.

I would also ask Matt to expand his access proposal and share it with us, it sounded to have win-win merit.
