Hi Leanne,

  The builders have found more leaks see Darrens last email. There is an 
80k addition of work to fix the leaks on the roof. The contractor has 
threatened to walk away if we do not progress this in a timely manner. 
We have received no feedback from you regarding if we can approve this 
or if a ECM/Special levy is required. We need your urgent attention to 
this matter to prevent more cost to the building.
