Welcome and thank you. I have added you to the mailing list on your
other post as well. Leanne had some issues with it But with luck it
might work for you.
Thanks for the update regarding the capital works fund. Given that I
think the special levy could cover just the quote for the fix to the
waterproofing on the roof the EGM special levy might just cover that
amount. I think Darren has included a quote before. But perhaps my
memory is faulty and it was just an estimate.
Darren can you confirm ? I think we have to stay the the original
contractor as the works dovetail into the exiting works that are part
way completed.
Im away but good for a teleconference on the 4th if there is consensus
for that over a paper meeting It may have a better chance of going forward.
