Dear Committee,

Hope you are well.
I have a chat with Matt yesterday, understand the urgency of the waterproofing building work.

We will recommend to call an EGM as soon as possible. However, we only received an email quotation and it is not able proper quotation that we can present to the Owners Corporation at the EGM. I am now requesting the formal quotation and contract to be provided by Masterwaterproofing.

By reading the previous correspondence, the committee is proposing $150,000 + GST special levy to be raised at the coming EGM.
The current trust account is having $300k in Capital Works Fund. We should not need to wait for the fund came in before we approve the work.
Can the committee please confirm whether you prefer online voting only or a teleconference meeting?

I am aiming to have the meeting on 4th July 2022.
