Hi James.

  Im not sure how I can be any more clear.  The committee have resolved 
to go ahead with the separate quotes without home owners insurance to 
complete the work on level 7 and also apartment 103. Please issue 
whatever work orders or do whatever paperwork you need to begin the work.
