Please see attached insurance valuation that was completed in March this year.

Prior to the attached valuation, the previous valuation was completed 18/12/2015

 I dont know i assume the valuation has gone down vs the last. Remember we are not talking sale value here but the value to rebuild the building in the same type of standard.

Leanne could you provide the current and previous valuations so I can confirm my guess.

 $52,738.09 would be the premium payed by the BMC. I dont have the SMS in front of me to know what the residential strata's contribution to this would be.

If it's 80% it would be $42190.  But im only guessing it's 80% Leanne would need to confirm.

 The insurance is due in the BMC. Attached are the renewal report from the broker who Recommends the incumbent SCI unless there are any objections I will go with the submission of the broker.
