[200William-EC SP67851] Building insurance Renewal

Hi Matt,

  I dont know i assume the valuation has gone down vs the last. Remember 
we are not talking sale value here but the value to rebuild the building 
in the same type of standard.

Leanne could you provide the current and previous valuations so I can 
confirm my guess.
