Hi Craig,
Im not opposed to what you are suggesting I was just trying to
generate some other more cost effective options. I will wait to see what
Darren comes up with for a quote to fix up west as per your suggestion
I assume it would be around $150k given the work on east. As under your
proposal there will be no way to rectify any leaks in the membrane
other then to rip up all the tiles and renew and as there is a
reluctance for contractors to do any patch jobs the capital works fund
report is very wrong as the life time for the membrane is 7 - 10 years
we should be budgeting at least $300k to fix the roof every 8 year cycle.
