[200William-EC SP67851] EXT - Update on Quotes

We might have the problem with everyone. It might be worth getting a 
builder to provide a quote for removing the existing tiles in a section 
around where the hogging is to check the membrane underneath then  
replace with perhaps some raised timber (analog) decking. (and membrane 
repair if required.  Decking might make a nice feature that we can put a 
table and chairs on as well as allow future access to maintain the 
membrane rather then ripping up tiles. It will be a whole lot cheaper 
then tiles as well.


There's lots of these timber analog decking products out these days and 
they look very good. Have a look at the link bellow.
