Sorry for the delayed response. Tony from DWRS is updating his quotation for Apt 103 terrace and I will speak to him again regarding the western rooftop terrace. He was initially reluctant to take on the western terrace due the requirement for home warranty insurance and the fact that the podium area was done separately. Thanks
