It's essentially a public event that we sell tickets to. It would 
require a COVID safe planthe following would need to be meet.

4m rule (not really a problem)

people remain seated (a problem)

cleaning and sanitizing (a problem)



I would say roof should be closed this year. So people remember the roof 
is typically locked at 10pm so during NYE we open the roof later hire 
security to police the roof and sell tickets to owners to cover the 
security (which it does not typically cover costs)   It's no risk to us 
to just not open the roof later than it's normal hours for this year.   
The compliance required is to great in my opinion.
