Hi Darren thanks for this.
I actually can't remember having one in previous years! maybe i was
overseas.
I'd happily have an informal drink with the committee on the roof, and
maybe invite any other owners who want to come. I doubt many would come to
be honest.
I'm not sure about the restrictions. it's 20 in the home now?
