Good Afternoon Committee,
We have received an application from Unit 205 for installation of x2 indoor units and one external compressor within their unit.
Please see attached. From the records, I can see that there is common A/C throughout the building, and that individual installations haven’t been approved in the past?
Can you please review and advise. If it is something that you would consent to, I can include it on the committee meeting agenda for after the AGM.

What is the process to approve a split system on the balcony please? Has any other unit performed this type of install in the past?
