Good Afternoon Committee,

We have received an application from Unit 205 for installation of x2 indoor units and one external compressor within their unit.

Please see attached. From the records, I can see that there is common A/C throughout the building, and that individual installations haven’t been approved in the past?

Can you please review and advise. If it is something that you would consent to, I can include it on the committee meeting agenda for after the AGM.

We are seeking some guidance regarding air conditioning in the above lot. The ducted ac does not work and we are struggling to lease the property without ac.

What is the process to approve a split system on the balcony please? Has any other unit performed this type of install in the past?
