Hi Craig,
Sorry for the delay getting back to you.
Pooling Water Issue P4
After a number of failed attempts to contact Rescom we have had the system they installed independently inspected and it is working as designed by AJ Whipps. Patrick has a contact at Rescom and is trying to arrange a site inspect through them. Awaiting update.
In the meantime, Tony from Distinction Waterproofing & Remedial (DWRS) will be onsite tomorrow morning to look at what other options are available eg: installing a negative waterproofing membrane or concrete injection around the base of the ramp slab.
Western Terrace Tile Repairs
The damage can't be patched as per Costin Roe recommendation Options 1 or 2. Cracking of the tile bed has occurred due to water penetration causing movement of the insulation foam beneath the tile bed. Option 3 was to remove all and reinstate new including a recommendation to replace the waterproofing membrane at the same time.
The contractors we have approached are reluctant to take on the work due to the potential warranty issues. Preservation Technologies will only consider the works if an independent consultant is engaged to mediate between the two parties. The tender process will include Preservation Technologies and 2 other qualified contractors to use as comparison.
Proposals Received
Remedial Building & Waterproofing Consultants - $8,260.00 + GST
Note - Includes project management fee based on $70,000.00 + GST total project cost (7.5%)
Shield Consultants - $8,950.00 + GST
Note - Excludes project management fee Approx. 6.5% total project cost.
Awaiting EC feedback and approval.
Kind regards,

Darren,
1. On Monday January 21, this year I texted you regarding the water I have in one of my parking spaces. I also provided pictures of the damage. The water is increasing and you have not, after many requests, provided me with a final answer as to what you are doing about the issue. Another text sent to you on June 7 without the courtesy of any response from you. Almost 6 months since my initial email of January 21 to you and the water is in my space and next door's space! Any response now as to when I will see the problem rectified?
1. Level 7 uplifting of western tiles. Again, where are we with this situation? The tiles are raised and the engineer advised months ago we should have the whole deck replaced. And once again, I attach pictures, taken today June 11, 2019. Any response from you Darren at this point?
