Sounds good Ken thanks. So your saying the issue is fixed and we need 
take no further action other then repair of the hogged tiles.  BTW  my 
balcony looks exactly the same as your photo. I take mine of every few 
months with  Calcium scale and rust remover  . I have not removed the 
observation covers for the bolts on mine. But I will have a look over 
the weekend and see what sort of shape there in.
