Hi Matt and Patrick,


Just to clarify the situation in our apartment 602.

Since the extensive work on the 7th floor the leaching from planter box has stopped.

I requested the builders to seal the handrail post holes which seems to have worked.

Hopefully they did this over 601 as well.

I removed the stalactites myself with an electric drill with wire brush. It took a few minutes.

The support bolts seem fine with minimal corrosion.

At this stage all we require is to reseal and colour match with rust proofing paint.
