[200William-EC SP67851] Paint stains in lift

A good quality attractive tile would work well.  It won’t cost much for two elevators. 
 
A grey colour to match the external colour of the building is my recommendation.  The beige colour of the E lobby is so outdated. At one point 5 years ago we were going to have them replaced for that reason.

I couldn't agree more with Ken.
The foyers in each floor are pretty gross, and surely devalue our property.
If we could afford it tiles would look much better (including in the lifts - carpet silly?), and maybe a splash of paint.
My door for instance is covered in dirt.
