[200William-EC SP67851] Paint stains in lift

I couldn't agree more with Ken.
The foyers in each floor are pretty gross, and surely devalue our property.
If we could afford it tiles would look much better (including in the lifts
- carpet silly?), and maybe a splash of paint.
My door for instance is covered in dirt.
