[200William-EC SP67851] SP 67851 - Air Conditioning Request

Just some background for the EC this owner wants to install a domestic type split aircon system in there apartment which would require a large compressor and fan unit on the outside of their apartment. If you look up at any of the new cookie cutter apartments you will see them banging away on balcony’s throughout Alexandria.  I don’t believe we should convert our building to this system but the owner seems adamant. 

I’m happy to talk to the owner if need be. What do you all think
