Please refer to the below cost estimates prepared by Unplugged Plumbing and Freshlook for the rectification of noisy pipework affecting unit G05.
Darren Vignes has recommended Freshlook as they have included the additional measure of soundproof gyprock sheeting to the bedroom ceiling.
We await the committee’s instructions on how you wish to proceed.

Hope you had a nice weekend and sorry for the delayed response.
The tenant has confirmed that the noise will happen from around 7am and lately she has noticed that it is getting a lot louder too. Also in the evenings she experiences the same noise. The building manager has taken a video of the noise.

I hope you are well today.
I am just getting in touch in regards to the water dripping noise that the tenant is experiencing.
I have spoken with Darren the building manager and he indicated that the noise is due to a dripping service pipe, he indicated that the dripping noise is within the pipe itself and therefore no risk if water leaking etc.
In order to resolve this noise the pipe will need to be insulated and I would like to ask if this is something that strata can address?
