Good afternoon,

I have enquired with Ecolibria personally and unfortunately they do not have
the Spectrum Analyser equipment requirement to find the exact location where
the electromagnetic radiation force is emanating from.  The director of
Ecolibria has given me the name of a company which has this type of
specialised equipment and I will contact them for their help.  I will then
forward you, Patrick, the necessary information.

Following on from the below email, Darren has obtained fee proposals to
proceed with testing in Unit 601, to ascertain what is causing the
electromagnetic charges.

Can you please review the below and advise if you are happy to proceed with
Ecolibria to carry out the testing and provide a report as to what is
causing the issues in Unit 601?

Hi Patrick,

Please see the following quotations to conduct EMF and EMR testing in
multiple areas in the apartment and compile a report detailing observations,
results and recommendations.

Ecolibria -  $575.00 + GST

EMC Technologies - $2,400.00 + GST

The difference between the two is EMC Technologies tests to Commercial
standards and Ecolibria specialise in residential testing.

If you require further information, please let me know.

Dear Committee,

See the email below by the Owner of Unit 601 in relation to electromagnetic
charges that the owner is able to recently feel.

The owner has requested an expert to monitor these so called electromagnetic
charges.

Can any other Committee Member that lives on site confirm if they have felt
such charges?

As I am not an expert in this matter and have never heard of such charges I
cannot provide any advice on this matter. I have also contacted other
Managers in STM's various offices who have also advised they have not
encountered such an issue previously.

Please advise how you would like to act on the below email and request form
the owner of unit 601?

Hello Patrick,

You may be aware that in many areas of the world electromagnetic charges are

affecting people, where they live.

I am encountering a very dangerous situation in my apartment at present.

Every night and sometimes during the day I experience sharp burning on my

skin caused by something external.  I have researched this matter and

believe it could have something to do with the plant room and surrounding

areas.  I experienced this same burning in my apartment about 3 years ago

and was given an explanation that adjustments had been made to the

air-conditioning units. The treasurer, at the time, of the EC, also noted

similar electromagnetic charges in his apartment.

These charges continue today in my apartment. I would like to have an

specialised electrical engineer contact me and monitor these charges for a

week in my apartment.  It may require also infrared camera/s to find the

exact direction from which these charge/s emanate. As this is coming from

somewhere outside my apartment, this is a matter which must be investigated

as part of building/occupant safety.

I look forward to hearing from you.  Please consider this a critical matter.
