Hi Patrick,
  Further to that my last I have checked my records and it looks like 
there plan uses a  Concrete overlay systems that still has noise 
suppression as part of the system. Im fine with that. As it's to 
Australian Standard. Seems like a massive effort to get polished 
concrete but each to their own. I dont think there is a reason to 
continue looking into it if that's the case ignore my last.
