Hi Patrick,

  I noticed concrete polishing equipment being unloaded onto level 2 by 
the guys renovating 203.  I dont remember a special resolution to allow 
Polished concrete floors a  breech of Australian Standards in Noise 
isolation. Can you confirm if it was approved ?
