I’ve obtained another quotation for the parapet repair on the external façade of the podium above 602. I haven’t used Up Down Access before but they do a lot of work around the area.

Up Down Access - $6,000.00 + GST
Townview Australia - $6,940.00 + GST
Rapel Perez Painting & Remedial - $7,500.00 + GST

Also received the following quotes for the external windows, glass awning and box gutter cleaning via abseil:

Up Down Access - $4,000.00 + GST
Townview Australia - $5,150.00 + GST
