Hi Patrick/All
  That's a lot of info thanks.  Here's my comments/votes on the bellow.

1. I think it would be best to make both 601 & 602 the same as they seem 
to be effected by the same issues. To that end I would like to at least 
see the quote for both.

2. Given that the BBQ area must be stay or special resolution passed. I 
think best to leave to we are finished and then get a quote to put some 
rubber seals on the doors and a lock so it can not be opened. There is 
nothing in that area that BBQ users need to access.  I know some would 
like the BBQ removed. But as that is not in the EC's power lets leave 
that debate for the appropriate time.

3. I will leave Cathy and Ken to comment on the break down.
